Become an employees or entrepreneurs?

In determining our future, we are often in faced with a choice
which could be confusing and even misleading when we really do not understand what
we choose. I would like to take this example with the life I have ever experienced.
In 2009, I graduate from one of the university
in Jakarta and after that, I had worked in a private company at that time, while I
worked as a IT staff.

The sidelines of the time, many understanding are running among my friends that an employee will live just only like that. The rumor says that to create a new breakthrough
in life, we must dare to become an entrepreneur. There is also some people said that
an employee's life is very monotonous. every day get up early and go home that afternoon. and
almost every day doing the same job in the office. If we compare
with an entrepreneurs, which could be enjoying life with the Independent to facing dynamics of business everytime.

I started up the courage to get out of the company and opened
a small business. At that moment, I decided to start selling service to become an internet service provider. But in time that I experienced as long as I were in the business, not all good things was happen to me. At the first time of my business, I had the problem that seems to be not resolved. In my town there are not a lot of Internet Providers that sell a good price and quality of bandwitdh, so many of my customer disapoint at me due to a price is too high and the speed of Internet are too slow. I have search any of the posibiltites for me to replace the old Internet provider that I have used now, but until I write this article, I dont see any ways that can help me from this problem. I still pray for the business continuity. So from the all that happens in my life in time that I have became an Employee or an Entrepreneur. I take this conclusion.

An Employee

The Advantages:
- Financial income every month guaranteed by the company you work for
- Responsibilities are usually mild. because employees do not directly risking what is in progress or decline of the company
- A lot of technical things that can be learned by an employee to improve your self quality skill

The Disadvantages:
- The period of income is very slow to rise.
- Stress the activities carried out repeatedly every day or routine work
- Getting the boss who does not understand the state employees.

And many more things that are plus minus to become an employee.

The other site, I have concluded some of the weaknesses and strengths to become a
Entrepreneur. include:

The Advantages:
- The results obtained with businesses that have been issued.
- More free choice and decisions of the future to make.
- For those who do not like in order by someone else, it becomes profits.
- Time to be very flexible because not take from the working hours of an employees

The Disadvantages:
- The pressure of responsibility is so great, because the risk Direct to financial and self reputation in progress or slowdown a business
- Because of the effort requires enthusiasm and ambition that is high enough, so sometimes we considered strange by our friends who have not familiar with it.
- If you don't realy have a good skill such as communicating skills, technical things, time management, priority scale and etc. than you will be face too many failure in the choises that u decide

Actually there are many more things that I experienced about being an employee and entrepreneur, but I can not pour it all here, because so much. But at this points at the core of the things that I want to describe here. I really hope to every reader who reads it may find inspiration while they will make the decision to become employees or entrepreneurs that it must either case both have weaknesses and strengths. And there are two things I can say for we can survive for any choices that we have made. Which is, Do the everything just only for God and His glory, and do a think that you can enjoy it throughout your life.
